On November 25, 2014, the President of the Polish Association of Licensed  Detectives Wiesław Modrakowski held a meeting with a representative of the German Association of Detectives at IKD (International Federation of Associations of Private Detectives) based in Vienna Lothar Mueller. Our Association has received an invitation to join IKD.

On March 7, 2014, Dr. Wiesław Jan Modrakowski, the President of the Management Board of the Polish Association of Licensed Detectives, signed the Patronage Agreement No. 2/03/2014 with the Silesian Educational Center OSWÓWA Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Katowice, which was presented by the President of the Management Board Mr. Piotr Skrzypecki.

An average person does not associate the profession of a private detective with empathy, carefulness and discretion.  When thinking about detective services, we rather recall the images imprinted on us by American films: cleverness, insolence, often brutality and the ability to give bribes discreetly, but always effectively.
