People are filing court cases for persistent harassment. Unfortunately, the legal fight against them is very difficult.  Most cases are discontinued and closed.

On November 26, 2015, the Private Security Protection Conference was held at the Leon Kuźmiński Academy in Warsaw. The meeting was received with great interest of external guests and university students.  On the behalf of PSLD (Polish Association of Licensed Detectives) attended the following speakers: Wiesław Modrakowski, Zdzisław Mazurski, Eugeniusz Kazienko, Marian Szłapa  and Marcin Berent – a lawyer from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. The conference was aimed at raising awareness of the legal reality in which the polish detectives operate, and the practice of the profession. The purpose of the meeting, namely the conclusion on the need to develop a new law on detective services, has been fully achieved.  Below is a short photo report from the Conference.   Best Regards,PSLD Management

On October 24 and 25, 2015, at the Bydgoszcz Centrum-Targowo-Wystawienniczy (Exhibition Centre) took place the first edition of the Health and Property Protection Assembly. I would like to remind, that the Polish Association of Licensed Detectives was one of the substantive patrons of this event. It was the first edition of this event, organized after the preparation of the hall was completed.

On November 25, 2014, the President of the Polish Association of Licensed  Detectives Wiesław Modrakowski held a meeting with a representative of the German Association of Detectives at IKD (International Federation of Associations of Private Detectives) based in Vienna Lothar Mueller. Our Association has received an invitation to join IKD.

Od roku w Polsce detektywem może zostać każdy: rolnik, górnik czy przedszkolanka. Ich liczba się podwoiła, za to jakość pracy drastycznie spadła.
